Individual students
Individual students coming to campus for STEM Day should park in Structure 3.
Please see your assigned location for drop-off instructions. Be sure that each of your students and chaperones knows what sessions they are attending prior to exiting their bus. We recommend they get off the bus and stay in line with their first session groups while going through check-in for a smooth experience.
School groups
Bus drivers should drop school groups off in front of the Welcome Center at Woodward and Warren before parking at the Matthaei service drive. Those scheduled for a 9 a.m. campus tours should plan to arrive at the Welcome Center at 8:30 a.m. All other attendees should arrive to the Welcome Center at 9 a.m. to provide adequate time to check-in and get to their first session location.
All students on Main Campus will be picked up along Anthony Wayne Drive, outside of the Faculty Administration Building and Dunkin Donuts. Please remind your bus driver not to double park in this area, as it creates safety concerns for students.
